The MySPR Semak and MySPR KTM Mobile applications are two applications developed as a centralized review platform where users can check information related to the status of the voter register, review the candidates running for an election, and also review the results for each election that is currently underway. or have been contested in previous years, while the MySPR KTM Mobile Application is a platform where the SPR will collect data to record and estimate the number of voters present for an election. The application can be downloaded on Google Play Store, Huawei App Gallery, and Apple App Store. The Government ensures that the personal information collected is in line with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709).

This application will not record the user’s data except with permission and given voluntarily by the user. The information provided by the user is used to assess the candidate’s abilities. This information is not shared with other organizations for other purposes unless specifically stated.

  1. The MySPR Semak application does not collect or store any user personal data.
  2. This MySPR KTM Mobile application collects data submitted with the user’s consent and done voluntarily through the application registration process for access to the MySPR portal. The personal data collected is as follows:
  • Username
  • IC Number
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • Gender
  • Religion
  • Race
  • State of Birth
  • Date of Birth
  • Nationality
  • Email
  1. Personal data collected will not be used for any purposes other than those mentioned above.
  2. Personal data collected will not be disclosed to any third party or transferred to a place outside Malaysia for commercial purposes.

If the personal data provided is insufficient or unsatisfactory, then the user’s application or request for any of the above purposes is not accepted or taken action or the use of the service offered by the application may be rejected or affected.

Personal data collected by the application will be kept confidential following this Privacy Policy following any applicable laws that may be in force from time to time.

The application implements security features that comply with global standards to protect the confidentiality and security of user information.
