Supplementary Electoral Roll Review

ADDITIONAL VOTER REGISTER FOR SEPTEMBER 2024 (DPT BLN9/2024)

  1. DPT BLN 10/2024 was certified on 20 November 2024 and announced on 21 November 2024. This DPT BLN10/2024 will be open for a 30-day session from 21 November 2024 to 20 December 2024.

  2. This DPT BLN 10/2024 contains the following:
    1. 43,196 citizens aged 18 years and above on 1 to 31 October 2024 who were automatically registered as new voters;
    2. 10,876 registered voters who changed electoral divisions;
    3. 2,101 voters changed voter status/category.

  3. DPT BLN10/2024 can be checked through the following methods:
    1. The SPR portal at the link https://www.spr.gov.my; or https://mysprsemak.spr.gov.my;
    2. The official portal of the State Election Offices at the link http://ppn.spr.gov.my;
    3. Online application at the link https://myspr.spr.gov.my;
    4. MySPR mobile app Check; or
    5. Voter Registration Check Hotline at 03-8892 7218.
    1. During this review period, citizens who are 18 years of age and above on October 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024 or registered voters who have applied for a change of electoral division or change of voter status/category during the period from October 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024 who find that their name is missing in DPT BLN10/2024 can submit a CLAIM by filling in Form C
    2. In addition, any elector whose name is in DPT BLN10/2024 who finds that there is an information error or registration area error can also submit a CLAIM by filling in Form C.
    3. CLAIMS can be submitted online at the link https://myspr.spr.gov.my or present at the relevant State Election Office during office hours on any working day. No fee is charged for claims.
  1. Also during this review period, any registered elector in an electoral division who makes a review and intends to make an OBJECTION to the entry of the name of the elector who made a change to his electoral division, must fill in Form D.
  2. OBJECTION can be submitted online at the link https://myspr.spr.gov.my or download Form D from the State Election Offices portal at the link http://ppn.spr.gov.my.
  3. An objector is allowed to object no more than 20 names with a fee of RM10 for each objected person (OKB).
  4. Objectors must attend the relevant State Election Office during office hours on any working day to submit Form D (if using the downloaded form) and pay the fee for the objection including for applications made online.
